UNITED METHODIST MEN (Men's Club)

This active and informal group is a great excuse to get out of the house for a good cause!

The activities they plan for the entire congregation to participate in after church services are fun,

sometimes educational, and intergenerational.

Men meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9 a.m. for breakfast at the church during the months of

September thru May. We take turns cooking and do a great job. Then we work on projects that need

done around the church. All men are invited to join in the fellowship and fun, even if you don't cook!

This year we helped with the Trunk or Treat event on Hallowed Eve, worked on our cabin at Flathead Lake

Methodist Camp, and are helping church members get ready for winter by working around their homes.

The Sunday School kids and the UMW are always quick to help us work on our events. The funds we raise

go to the playground fund, for repairs on the Flathead Church Camp cabin, materials for the church property,

materials for the raised vegetable gardens, Christmas gifts for the children, and other projects that come up.

We're not sure if Jack hogs the President's job or if no one else wants it--probably some of both.

Either way it's an easy job because others are always ready to jump in and help!
